THE THINGS PEOPLE ACTUALLY WORRY ABOUT

Fair questions

  • Nobody walks in fit - that’s why they walk in. every session scales to the person doing it. The only prerequisite is showing up.

  • We have a wide range of members, this is coached strength training for adults with jobs, kids and the occassional dodgy knee. It’s not an influencer gym.

  • Tell us before your first session and we’ll program around it. Our coaches are top notch and we have lots of experience. Working around bodies is the job. (We also have an awesome referral network)

  • If you’ve enjoyed it, memberships start at $66 a week for 3 sessions and your program just keeps going. If not, that’s it. The trial doesn’t roll into anything automatically.

  • Mornings, Lunchtime and evenings - monday to friday. Plus saturday mornings.
