fair questions

i'm not fit enough for this.

nobody walks in fit — that's why they walk in. every session scales to the person doing it. the only prerequisite is showing up.

i'm in my 40s/50s/60s. is this for me?

most of our members are. this is coached strength training for adults with jobs, kids, and the occasional dodgy knee — not an influencer gym.

i've got an injury or a niggle.

tell us before your first session and we'll program around it. our coaches are qualified in strength and conditioning — working around bodies is the job.

what happens after the two weeks?

if you've enjoyed it, memberships start at $66 a week for three sessions and your program just keeps going. if not, that's it — the trial doesn't roll into anything automatically. [confirm contract terms before publishing — one truth, here and at checkout]

when are the sessions?

mornings, lunchtime and evenings monday to friday, plus saturday mornings. the full timetable shows when you book.
